Job Description

The Arabic Educator will handle the responsibility of planning and conducting the Arabic course to youth between 15 & 24 years old in order for them to develop basic skills in reading, and writing.
Main tasks are:
To develop and deliver course plans in line with quality standards, as coordinated with the supervisor.
To prepare weekly/monthly work plans and progress report, adhering to quality standards.
To cooperate and to work closely with other facilitators to improve delivery and ensure a smooth work process.
To track students’ progress, attendance, and prepare back-up plans for students facing challenges and dropouts.
To prepare tests, worksheets, and other activities as delegated by the supervisor.
To support in promoting the youth program through outreach activities. To use adult education principles through interactive lessons to increase/build foundational skills in reading and writing
Qualifications
Personal qualities
Very good communication skills.
Experience working with youth training programs.
An academic education degree in teaching or a relevant field is a plus.
Problem-solving and planning skills.
Ability to use a computer and Microsoft office (basic to intermediate level).
Able to train and mentor with youth between 15-24 years old.
